Mallorca Distillery is situated in the Heart of Mallorca's Capital City and is the first small craft distillery in Palma. The Distillery has a commitment to the island and its environment, working with local farmers and using local ethically sourced ingredients throughout the year. This allow the Natural flavours of the island to be represented in each bottle.
Palma Gin is an artisan gin that has been delicately hand-crafted to capture the essence and spirit of Mallorca. The quality of this gin is evident and is a testament to the character of the botanicals used and the attention paid to the distilling process; allowing for an incredibly flavoursome and refreshing gin, with aromas that are rich and vibrant to both taste and smell. Made using only the finest quality ingredients, each botanical has either been hand foraged from the island or is certified organic, giving the spirit its beautifully smooth finish.

The iconic branding of the bottles comes from the traditional Mallorcan tiles known as ‘suelo hidraulico’. Inspiration was taken from a local family run company, who have been hand-making tiles on the island for over 80 years.
Taking over 10 months to complete the intricate bottle design, the team decided on a specialist process to ink print organic paints straight onto the glass, resulting in an ecofriendly and recyclable product.
The company logo also humbly acknowledges the heritage of Palma, taking inspiration from the west facing rose window in the enchanting la Seu cathedral.

Palma Spiced Gin is a twist on the original Palma Gin recipe. Once distilled, the gin is aged in Mallorcan oak barrels which previously stored wine from the local Manto Negro grapes in Binissalem. Vanilla, cinnamon and cloves are added in stages during this time, bringing a complex sweetness and spice to the gin. The result is a complex and full flavoured gin that pushes the boundaries of tradition. Palma Spiced Gin is a unique premium product, made from the island, for the island.

NOSE packed full of fiery cinnamon and candied orange peel aromas, amongst a sweet vanilla, cardamom and clove backdrop
PALATE Deep and complex mixed spice and vanilla intertwined with a light citrus freshness
FINISH Fruitcake sweetness and cellared oak, hinting at the red wine barrel used for brief maturation

Palma Vodka is made with a blend of organic wheat spirit and natural Mallorcan water, a touch of salt from the Flor de Sal pans in Es Trenc is then added, to create the unique flavour profile. The Mallorcan salt captures the subtle essence of the Mediterranean sea and brings an interesting dynamic to the spirit. the result is a well-rounded, slightly sweet vodka with a perfectly balanced finish, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.
