Palma Citrus Gin
Introducing the refreshing Palma Citrus Gin from Mallorca Distillery, a premium gin crafted with the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. This expression is a standout among spirits enthusiasts who appreciate a well-balanced citrus profile in their gin.The unique core flavour comes from Mallorcan citrus fruit including lemon, orange, lime and mandarin, grown and harvested by local farmers in the Tramuntana Mountains. The result is a refreshingly bright and sweet citrus gin with a perfectly smooth finish, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle. Palma Citrus Gin is made from the island, for the island.
BOTANICALS
Organic and Locally Foraged
Juniper, Coriander, Lemon peel, Orange peel, Orris root, Angelica root and Liquorice root.
Organic (Botanical Basket Additions)
Mandarin peel, Lime peel and Lemon Balm leaves.

NOSE Mallorcan citrus notes ’come’ first, orange ! mandarin overall. Complex and delicate, ends with elegant field flavours.
PALATE Smooth with important citric notes, followed by light herbal and marmalade bittersweet notes.

Palma Orange Blossom
Embrace the sunshine with our vibrant Palma Orange Blossom cocktail!
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 ml of Palma Citrus Gin
- 20 ml of sweet vermouth
- 75 ml oz of orange juice
- Splash of grenadine (mainly just for looks)
- lime slices and/or orange zest, edible flowers for garnish,
PREPARATION:
Pour all of your ingredients over plenty of ice, into your glass. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange peel.
You could also swap the orange juice for mango juice for a sweeter summery alternative!
The Citrus Martini
The Citrus is the perfect Breakfast cocktail to serve in the summer. It's simple to make and has the perfect balance between sweet and bitter flavours. Start the party by discovering the full recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Palma Citrus Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- ¾ tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 tbsp Marmalade
- ½ Sprig Rosemary
- 0.2ml Ms Betters Foamer
PREPARATION:
Combine ice with all ingredients and shake vigorously
Double strain in to a chilled Coupe Glass and garnish with a rosemary Sprig.
The Classic C & T
The perfect serve for this refreshing gin is very simple and adaptable.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Palma Citrus Gin
- 150ml Premium Dry Tonic Water
PREPARATION:
Add ice to a Gin Goblet and express citrus oils and add fresh Thyme, pour over gin and then Tonic, Garnish with a fresh Citrus peel.
