Each bottle contains the equivalent of about 160 egg whites. Step 1: Add MAX a third of a dropper ( approx .75ml ) to your cocktail and dry shake white ice Step 2: Add ice, hard shake and strain. This is a function forward bitter; its function is to foam, not to flavour. It can be used in any classically foaming cocktail or in your original foaming creations!
How to use
